"Refund took way too long"
I ordered this once and ended up having to return it. The refund did eventually come through, but it took forever and I had to keep following up just to get updates. Like, how is this okay? not a great experience.

"Discount didn’t really mean much"
I checked out savage-raven.com because I saw a discount and figured, okay, decent deal, why not. But when I got to checkout, the code wouldn’t work. I tried it again thinking maybe I missed something obvious, but even the “sale” price still seemed higher than what I thought was being advertised. At that point my gut reaction was just, if the promo takes this much effort, it’s probably not worth it. Support didn’t really clear anything up either. Felt more like the discount was there to get me on the site than to actually save me money.

I waited for days and still haven’t heard anything back. it’s kind of on them at this point, if you’re going to offer support, at least reply in a reasonable time

I was planning to order from savage-raven.com, but the product info left me a bit unsure. The site itself looks decent, so I expected the listings to be more complete, but details like sizing, materials, and what’s actually included weren’t explained very clearly. I felt like I had to guess too much before checking out, which put me off. It’s not a terrible experience, but the gap between how the site looks and how helpful the product descriptions are was noticeable

"Fast shipping, but not quite what I expected"
My order did show up quickly, so I’ll give them that. But the item didn’t really look like the photos. The colors were different in person and the details weren’t nearly as sharp. It wasn’t terrible, just disappointing, especially when the listing makes all these vague promises about quality without really showing what you’re actually getting.

"Wish I Had Checked First"
I got the order confirmation right away, but after that it was complete silence, no updates, no tracking, nothing. That kind of thing makes me nervous, so now I’m just keeping an eye on everything and making sure I’m covered if the order doesn’t show up. it feels a bit sketchy, and I really wish I had looked at reviews before placing the order.

"Returning it was a hassle"
Honestly , the return process was a pain . I had to keep chasing them just to get the return instructions , and the replies were really slow . The refund also took way longer than it should have . I probably wouldn’t order again unless they sort out how they handle returns

"Shipping cost killed the order for me"
I was ready to place an order on savage-raven.com, but once I got to checkout, the shipping charge seriously threw me off. It was so high that it almost doubled what I was planning to pay for a small order.

I’m not expecting free shipping or anything, but it would’ve been nice to know earlier instead of getting hit with it at the very end. It made the whole thing feel frustrating, and at that point I didn’t even care about waiting for updates or anything like that because I wasn’t going through with it.

Maybe the products are good, I can’t really say. But the delivery fee alone was enough to make me back out, so it’s a 1-star experience from me...

"Not bad, just not my style..."
I checked out Savage Raven hoping to find some cool pieces, but the selection felt a little limited to me... a lot of the designs had a similar vibe. If you're really into that darker style, it might be perfect, but I was hoping for a bit more variety. Not a bad site or anything... just not quite what I was looking for

I ordered from savage-raven and yeah, the item did get here, so no big issue there. Shipping was just a bit slower than I thought it would be and ended up taking a few extra days past the estimate. Not awful or anything, just kinda average overall. I’d maybe order again, but only if I’m not in a hurry...

"Didn’t last long"
It broke way faster than I expected. I mean, it seemed fine at first, and I was hoping it would hold up, but then suddenly it just stopped working. Kind of disappointing because I didn’t even get much use out of it...

I do like a lot of the stuff on savage-raven.com, like there are definitely pieces that caught my eye. But it just left me feeling kind of annoyed. A bunch of the things I wanted were out of stock, and even after checking back a few times, it didn’t seem like much had changed. The worst part is when a size looks like it’s there, then you click and suddenly it’s not. I don’t know, it just feels really frustrating when you’re trying to shop and the site isn’t keeping up. It’s not a terrible experience, but it definitely rubbed me the wrong way

My tracking has been sitting on “label created” for a full week now, and there’s still no package or any real update. I reached out hoping for actual information, but all I got was one of those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” responses that doesn’t explain anything. "Decent prices, but the full cost came a little late"
At first, the prices seemed reasonable, and I was feeling good about it. Once I got further along, though, the shipping and a few extra costs showed up, which made the total a bit higher than I expected. It wasn’t a dealbreaker or anything, but it did remind me how much easier it is to make a confident purchase when the full price is clear upfront.
